Google reveals social network to challenge Facebook
New York - Google Tuesday unveiled its new social networking service to take on Facebook.
The Internet search engine introduced Google+ social net for what it called 'real life sharing.
' To be available first by invitation only, Google said its social network will assemble the most basic human needs to connect with others.
Aiming to take gain of flaws in networking on Facebook, Google said, 'Today, the connections between people ever more happen online.
Yet the detail and substance of real world interactions are lost in the rigidness of our online tools. In this basic, individual way, online sharing is awkward.
Even broken. And we aim to fix it.''
It would offer options of networking, counting 'Circles' interface for adding friends and distribution 'what matters, with the people who matter most' and 'Hangouts' border for group video chat.
'The presentation of Google+ will test whether Google can beat its past flops in social networking, like Buzz and Orkut, and deal with one of the most pressing challenges facing the company,'' said the New York Times.
'In May, 180 million people visited Google sites, as well as YouTube, versus 157.2 million on Facebook, according to comScore.
But Facebook users looked at 103 billion pages and spent an average of 375 minutes on the site, while Google users viewed 46.3 billion pages and spent 231 minutes.
'Advertisers pay close attention to those numbers, and to the fact that people more and more turn to Facebook and other social sites like Twitter to ask questions they used to ask
Google, like a suggestion for a restaurant or doctor, because they want more personalized answers,'' the New York Times said.

Masjid Nabvi Wallpaper
Masjid Nabvi WallpaperSome information About Islam
The Word "Islam"
The "root" of the word "Islam" in Arabic is SALAMA which is the origin of the words Peace & / or Submission, a submission to God and peace to all humanity. It is, thus, no wonder why the salutation in Islam is: "Al-Salamu Alaikum or Peace on You."
In this regard, Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) ordered his fellow Muslims to salute others Muslims or non-Muslims with peace when he said: "Peace Before Speech"
It is a Rule in Islam that during war time, an enemy warrior who pronounces the word peace is totally immune.
Justice & Fairness to Non-Muslims
In This regard, Muslims are governed by the rules that the relationship with non-Muslims should be based on justice, mutual respect, cooperation, and communication. The Quran is very explicit about the justice part of the relationship when Allah stated in Verse 60:08 "Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just."
Elixir of Nepenthe
Nepenthe (pronounced [nə-ˈpen(t)-thē]) is a medicine for sorrow, literally an anti-depressant – a "drug of forgetfulness" mentioned in literature and mythology.
Imagine what that would be like, a drug of forgetfulness. My first thought was that it would inevitably be abused. Who would take it? How severe must the trauma be to demand forgetting? Would their be psychological gatekeepers of the nepenthe?

Would a bad break-up be sufficient distress to prescribe the drug? I think not.
The loss of a child. Perhaps, yes. Direct, immediate psychic trauma would meet my criteria. War experiences, torture, physical abuse. But "a medicine for sorrow," we learn so much from our experiences, particularly from death. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, an elderly neighbor; don't these losses prepare us for the truly painful losses. We all have different attachments to friends and relatives, but what if we never learned about death, about how it feels. Yes, we become callous; we call it experience, wisdom; we call it life, the measure of being human.
No, I think nepenthe would have to be saved for those really awful experiences, those that carry such sorrow, such trauma that forgetfulness would be the humane course to recovery.
Surely nepenthe would come in a gilded chalice and possess a bitter yet forgetful taste.
